One of the most difficult restorations is that of adding color where color did not exist. Example shown is an image that started with a 2 inch by 3 inch wallet sized photograph. Original image was not only small in size, but was a sepia toned print of about 80 years of age, requiring value and tonal corrections before starting the colorizing process. Achieving a "natural" appearance is the definitive test of the restoration specialists skill, and the subtlety required is not easily achieved. With a background as a portrait painter, our photo restoration professional can produce such results.
